Two prominent builders Tata Housing and Godrej Properties have entered the flourishing market of Noida in collaboration with a local builder Lotus Greens to develop two world class housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida.
Godrej has recently linked up with Lotus Greens in this January to establish a housing development on 36 acres land while Tata Housing targeted Noida prior to Godrej Properties.
After a successful launch of four remarkable projects in Gurgaon, Tata Housing is in a liaison with Lotus Greens for development of 20 acre project in Sector 150, Noida. Tata Value Homes Noida is anticipated to be designed in 2 BHK and 3 BHK exclusive apartments with smart living features and amenities. The project is envisioned to be launched very soon, though number of apartments and price points are not yet decided.
In alliance with Lotus Greens, Godrej Properties is all set to launch a 300 acre integrated sports city township. In spite of the housing sales stagnation, Godrej Properties has managed to sell over Rs 300 crore worth villas on the first day of its launch of 100-acre township in Greater Noida being developed by the company in partnership with ACE group.
As the land and property prices skyrocketing by each passing day all over the country, a lot of builders have decided to tie up with land owners. If we cast a brief look at the Tata Housings' total portfolio, about 70-75 per cent projects are in partnership with local developers and land owners.
Tata Housing was established in 1984, is a closely held public limited company and a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd. The company has about 60 million sq ft under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million sq ft in the pipeline. It serves to all consumer segments from value to luxury housing, by offering products ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 14 crore.
Tata Value Homes has introduced projects across seven prime cities and is developing over 27 million sq ft residential developments.
